The Glenwood Springs Electric Department is offering rebates to customers for the purchase of new ENERGY STAR qualified appliances.
ENERGY STAR dishwasher:
$50
ENERGY STAR clothes washer: $75
ENERGY STAR refrigerator:
$100
If your appliances are more than 15 to 20 years old, you can save energy and enjoy more modern features by purchasing a new ENERGY STAR qualified appliance.
ENERGY STAR dishwashers and clothes washers also save water, which will lower your water bill and your water heating bill.
The City of Glenwood Springs and the Glenwood Springs Electric Department are encouraging customers to replace their older appliances with new energy-saving models.
