ADA Complementary Paratransit

The City of Glenwood Springs, Garfield County, and the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) cooperate to provide ADA complementary paratransit service for individuals that are unable to access the fixed-route bus system within the City of Glenwood Springs due to a documented temporary or permanent disability. 

Reasonable Modification

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and directives from the Federal Transit Administration, Ride Glenwood Springs will make every effort, to the maximum extent possible, to ensure that a person with a disability has access to, and benefits from, its services. Ride Glenwood Springs will make reasonable modifications to its policies, programs, and procedures applicable to its transportation services, when necessary, to avoid discrimination and ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.
