The city is hosting an area wide community workshop to discuss the "Glenwood: Moving Forward Together" project.
The city invites citizens to drop in any time from noon to 8pm on March 20, 2018 at the Morgridge Commons (above the library) to see progress and provide feedback on the "Glenwood: Moving Forward Together" project. This project is funded by a U.S. EPA Brownfields grant for an area wide planning effort to develop an implementation plan to revitalize the brownfields located along the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers in the City’s core. The planning area covered by the grant also includes the 5-acre CDOT Engineering and Maintenance site across Devereux Road from Two Rivers Park and the 27.4-acre Holly Quarry site near the Iron Mountain Hot Springs/Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park.
