For the next several weeks, Grand Ave. south of 27th Street is northbound traffic only at the intersection. Use Buffalo Valley for alternate access.
27th Street Bridge crews have completed the north leg of the new S. Grand Ave and 27th Street roundabout and motorists may now drive through the intersection. Pedestrians should continue to use the crosswalk by Rivers Restaurant. Please continue to exercise caution in the area with the traffic signal remaining on yellow flash and shifting traffic patterns.
S. Grand Ave Routing Changes and Detour
With the completion of the north leg of the roundabout, crews have begun work for the south leg of the roundabout. Grand Ave. south of 27th Street is northbound traffic only at the intersection. No turns are permitted onto S. Grand Ave. from 27th Street. Southbound motorists will need to access these areas via Buffalo Valley. This traffic configuration is anticipated to be in effect for the next several weeks, into November.
