Grand Ave. and Blake Ave. Crack Seal
- June 15-17, 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
- One lane roads for road repair
- Project will start at Rosebud Cemetery on S. Grand Avenue and work north to 23rd Street
- Once S. Grand crack seal work is complete, crews will move to Blake Ave at 23rd Street and progress north on Blake Ave. toward 7th Street

Roaring Fork Marketplace/Blake Ave. Improvement Project
- June 1-20
- Entrance closure at CO 82 and Blake Ave. (by McDonalds) for removals and paving
- Use 29th Street for business access.
- June 21-July 7
- Road closure on Blake Ave. at the south Walmart entrance
- Business access open via 29th Street and main Roaring Fork Marketplace entrance at CO 82 and Blake Ave. (by McDonalds)

- Bus stop closed until September. Use 27th Street station.
CDOT CO 82 and CO 133 Signal Replacement Project
- The CDOT signal replacement project on CO 82/Grand Avenue will occur at 11th Street and 14th Street and on CO 133 at Village Road and Meadowood Drive. Motorists should plan for street closures, turn lane closures and lane closures on CO 82.

- One lane road with shoulder work and sidewalk closures for utility work

South Midland Ave. (Keep South Midland Moving Project)
- Motorists should anticipate a lane shift through the work area on South Midland. The traffic lane shift is necessary for access to the roadway for utility work and downhill wall construction.
- Regular lane closure hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays.
