Glenwood Canyon Status
- During a flash flood watch, rest areas and the recreation path along Interstate 70 in Glenwood Canyon are closed. These safety closures affect the Shoshone Power Plant along with the Grizzly Creek rest areas due to weather forecasts calling for rainfall above the Grizzly Creek Fire burn scar.

- Motorists planning to travel on I-70, visit rest areas or use the recreation path in Glenwood Canyon should pay close attention to weather forecasts. If there is rain in the forecast, be prepared for a safety closure of I-70, rest areas, and recreation path.
South Midland Ave. (Keep South Midland Moving Project)
CO 82 and 27th Street Intersection - Ongoing Traffic Control
- June 23-July 31, 2021 - Motorists should anticipate various traffic control operations at the intersection of 27th Street and CO Highway 82. Traffic impacts will include lane shifts, turn pocket closure, and shoulder work for utility verification for proposed RFTA pedestrian underpass.

- Road closure on Blake Ave. near the south Walmart entrance
- Business access open via 29th Street and main Roaring Fork Marketplace entrance at CO 82 and Blake Ave. (by McDonalds)
- Bus stop closed until September. Use 27th Street station.
