Beginning Wednesday, June 22, 2022, the City of Glenwood Springs will perform scale work at the South Canyon Landfill. To complete this work, the South Canyon Landfill is temporarily closed to the general public from June 22 through 27. Landfill Vouchers
Residential landfill vouchers for Glenwood Springs residents were set to expire June 30, but are now valid through Saturday, July 2. Vouchers were mailed to Glenwood Springs residences in March and are valid for up to one personal sized pickup-truck load of non-hazardous materials and are limited to one per household. Acceptable voucher materials include household garbage, leaves, furniture, mattresses, or brush.
